To help us help you

Say which app you are using (the studio in a browser, the iPhone or Android app, Connect, or a coverage app) and what kind of phone or computer it is on.
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
If it was during a stream, the date and rough time help a lot.
Please don't send passwords or stream keys. We will never ask for them.

You can also send us a message from inside the studio after you sign in. We answer there and by email.
